The gogamer online retailer has Factions on special this weekend for $34.90. Their cheapest shipping is $2 but if you waited this long to get Factions you probably don't care about waiting a little longer for the media mail rate. I don't think they ship outside the US except for military destinations. Apologies if this is considered an advert, I don't work for this place and don't need anyone to click any links, but I've used them for years and they have awesome deals.
